1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7–14 days of delivery if they:

  • Are unused
  • Are in original packaging
  • Are in original condition

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Final sale or clearance products
  • Items damaged due to improper use

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a replacement in accordance with our return guidelines.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
